buh bye Enterprise…

Don’t read this if you haven’t seen the last Enterprise episode and you if care. Spoilers follow.

So no new Star Treks, maybe forever. Enterprise is done. It wasn’t the best show on the air, though it got a lot better this last season, and it didn’t have the best ratings. I grew to enjoy the show and forgive it is warts. I liked the characters, mostly. I enjoyed it. I’m sorry to see it go.

I think we all got the shaft with the finale. The actors and the fans. I feel bad the show has to go out on such a bad note. I have got to say the finale was the worst piece of poo I’ve ever seen in the Star Trek genre. Come here Enterprise producer person. Stand here. A little to the left. Ok. Slap. What’s with the fragmented subplots? Slap. Why kill off Trip? Slap. And for no appararent reason other than perhaps a cheap stab at a tear jerk ending? Slap. The obviously meant for each other couple didn’t get together. Slap. The plot takes place a number of years after the previous show? Wth? Slap. They’re going to mothball the ship? Wtf? Slap. Can’t they just retrofit one of the new warp engines? Slap. The more I think about it, the worse the episode seemed. Slap. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Slap. Slap. Slap. Oh, and I forgot Troy and Riker? What are you, high? Slap!

[Addition]

Looks like I’m not the only one who hated it.
