I'm not going to lie most phone companies you have to deal with alot of crap and many hours on the phone with their customer service reps for the slightest problems with your phone( ex: phone bill texting not working etc...) i'm not going to name the company I phone through but i'm realy thinking about switching now!! To hear that they took care of you like that is amazing. I'm a strong beliver in good customer service!! I recenlty checked out a website <a href="http://mshare.net/index.html" title="Mindshare" rel="nofollow">Mindshare</a> about customer service and it sound like this Apple customer did a great job. These other phone companies should check it out and learn a little bit to better their buisness!!! Wow!!!
