I built an equivalent machine at Dell for about $1100.00. That doesn't include tax, or shipping, or the time I'd spend waiting for it. Also, I think I actually paid less than $500 and that includes a two year warranty on the motherboard and RAM. If I was flush with cash, I probably would have bought a DELL or something, but I really needed a new PC, and every spare penny I have is going towards my wedding.
